This Agreement states the Terms and Conditions upon which you may use this Web Site (the "Site"). Please read this page carefully. By using the Site, you are agreeing to be bound by this Agreement between you and JaniceAngel.com (the "Company"), and to abide by the terms and conditions set forth herein. In addition, when using specific services, you agree to abide by any guidelines or rules posted in connection with those services, all of which are hereby incorporated by reference into this Agreement.

If you do not agree with any posted terms or rules, or with any part of this Agreement, you must not use the Site. This Agreement is subject to change by the Company at any time, and changes are effective upon posting at the Site. Your continued use of the Site following the posting of any changes to this Agreement means that you accept and agree to abide by such changes. If you do not comply with this Agreement at all times when using the Site, the Company reserves the right to deny or restrict your access to the Site. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are binding on you.
 

AGE OF MAJORITY
No persons under the age of eighteen (18) years old, or twenty-one (21) years old in jurisdictions where eighteen (18) years is not the age of majority, may directly or indirectly view or possess any of the material found on this website.

You hereby further affirm and warrant that you are currently over the age of eighteen (18) years old, or twenty-one (21) years old in jurisdictions where eighteen (18) years is not the age of majority, and are capable of lawfully entering into and executing the terms of this agreement.

 
BILLING
If you purchase services (including regular and trial subscriptions) from the Site, your payment will be processed securely by www.CCBill.com, our designated E-ticket Supplier and Access Management Provider, or by www.PayPal.com. Your purchase will be billed as "CCBILL.com*Slip Closet " or SALS PLACE2*PAYPAL. CCBill and PayPal may impose conditions or requirements in addition to those set forth in this Agreement, and your agreement to abide by those terms is also a condition of your use of the Site.

CCBill also provides customer service for billing and payment issues, including processing cancellation of trial subscriptions and regular subscriptions and issuing credits in connection with unauthorized transactions. Please keep a record of the transaction ID number provided by CCBill when you subscribe, and follow the instructions provided by CCBill for obtaining assistance with billing-related questions. https://support.ccbill.com/

PayPal subscriptions can be accessed by logging into your PayPal account and viewing your History section and selecting Subscriptions. Information that can be found in this section includes, but is not limited to, the process to cancel your subscription, your next billing date, as well information if you have any questions about your subscription.
 

SUBSCRIPTION BILLING
If you decide to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least one day prior to the first monthly rebill date referenced at the bottom of your first transaction receipt. If you do not cancel at least one day prior to the end of the billing period, you are agreeing to continue as a regular subscriber upon the terms and conditions for regular subscriptions set forth herein, and you authorize the Company or its authorized E-ticket Supplier and Access Management Provider (CCBill or PayPal) to charge your credit card (or other approved payment facility) at the then-current monthly rate on a recurring basis until you terminate your subscription. If you cancel your subscription, your termination becomes effective at the end of the current billing period, otherwise your subscription will be automatically renewed for successive 30 day periods, and your credit card (or other approved payment facility) will be charged at the then-current subscription rate. Subscription fees are earned upon receipt and are non-refundable, whether or not termination is at your request. Subscription rates are subject to change at any time without notice. You are liable for any subscription charges incurred by you up to and until termination of your subscription to the Site.
 

COPYRIGHT
The contents of the Site are intended for the personal, noncommercial use of its visitors and subscribers. All materials published on the Site (including, but not limited to articles, photographs, images, illustrations, audio clips and video clips) (the "Content") are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws, and are owned or controlled by the Company, or by the party credited as the provider of the Content, software or other materials. You agree to abide by all additional copyright or other notices, information or restrictions appearing in conjunction with any Content, software or other materials accessed through the Site.

The Site is protected by copyright as a collective work and/or compilation, pursuant to US copyright laws, international conventions and other copyright laws. You may not modify, adapt, translate, exhibit, publish, transmit, participate in the transfer or sale of, reproduce (except as provided in this section of the Terms of the Site), create derivative works from, distribute, perform, display, reverse engineer, decompile or dissemble, or in any way exploit, any of the Content, software, materials or the Site in whole or in part.

Active subscribers may download or copy the Content and other downloadable items displayed on the Site for personal, noncommercial use on one computer at a time only, provided that they maintain all copyright and other notices contained in such Content. Copying or storing of any Content for other than personal, noncommercial use is expressly prohibited without prior written permission from the Company or the copyright holder identified in the individual Content's proprietary notices. Subscriptions may not be assigned or transferred to any other person or entity, and any such purported assignment or transfer will result in the immediate termination of the subscription purportedly assigned or transferred without refund or reimbursement.

The use of the content on any other web site (including, without limitation, thumbnailing of images by image search engines) or in a networked computer environment for any purpose is prohibited.

Framing of any page, image, graphic, or other content by any other web site is prohibited.

Linking is permitted only to public areas of this site, and then only to HTML or PHP documents. Linking to images ("hotlinking") is expressively prohibited.

PLEASE NOTE: Not knowing the laws does not indemnify you from prosecution! All published materials are covered under US copyright laws and their protection. There is NO "Public Domain" for these materials. They are the property of the publisher. If you publish any image from this site you are legally liable for prosecution!!!
 

NOTICE OF CLAIMED INFRINGEMENT
The Site respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide the following information:

NOTICE AND TAKEDOWN PROCEDURES
The Site implements the following “notice and takedown” procedure upon receipt of any notification of claimed copyright infringement:

The Site reserves the right at any time to disable access to, or remove any material or activity accessible on or from the site or any Materials claimed to be infringing or based on facts or circumstances from which infringing activity is apparent.

It is the firm policy of the Site to terminate the account of repeat copyright infringers, when appropriate, and the Site will act expeditiously to remove access to all material that infringes on another’s copyright, according to the procedure set forth in 17 U.S.C. §512 of the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (“DMCA”). The site’s DMCA Notice Procedures are set forth in the preceding paragraph. If the notice does not comply with Paragraph 19 and §512 of the DMCA, but does comply with three requirements for identifying site that are infringing according to §512 of the DMCA, the site shall attempt to contact or take other reasonable steps to contact the complaining party to help that party comply with the notice requirements.

When the Site receives a valid notice, the Site will expeditiously remove and/or disable access to the infringing material and shall notify the affected user. Then, the affected user may submit a counter-notification to the Site containing a statement made under penalty of perjury that the user has a good faith belief that the material was removed because of misidentification of the material. After the Designated Agent receives the counter-notification, it will replace the material at issue within 10-14 days after receipt of the counter-notification unless the Designated Agent receives notice that a court action has been filed by the complaining party seeking an injunction against the infringing activity.

The Site reserve the right to modify, alter or add to this policy, and all users should regularly check back to these Terms and Conditions to stay current on any such changes.
 

NO CHILD PORNOGRAPHY
You understand that all models appearing on this Site are, and were at the time of all recorded images, at least 18 years of age, and that our Site contains no child pornography.  If you seek any form of child pornography (including so-called “virtual” child pornography), you must exit this site immediately. You acknowledge that all Materials on the Site are protected by the First Amendment.  We take a strong and definite stand against child pornography and only allow images and Materials that are protected by the First Amendment.  If you identify any images, real or simulated, depicting minors engaged in sexual activity within the Site, you are required to report the images to the Site.  Include with your report any appropriate evidence, including the date and time of identification. All reports will immediately be investigated and the appropriate action will be taken. We enthusiastically cooperate with any law-enforcement agency investigating child pornography.  If you suspect other outside websites are participating in unlawful activities involving minors, please report them to www.asacp.org.  Users should implement parental control protections, such as computer hardware, software, or filtering services, which may help users to limit minors’ access to harmful material.

The Site requires all models to provide photo identification for age verification purposes. The Site has the right to immediately remove any photos of images depicting child pornography. The Site also holds the right to disable the offending party’s site without final payment.
 

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Site may contain inaccuracies or typographical errors. The Company makes no representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of the Site or about the results to be obtained from using the Site. The use of the Site is at your own risk. Changes are periodically made to the Site and may be made at any time.

The site is provided by the company on as "as is" and "as available" basis. The company makes no representation or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the site or the information, content, materials, or products included on the site. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, the company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Company will not be liable for any damages or any kind arising from the use of the site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages, even if company has been advised the possibility of such losses or damages and regardless of the form of action asserted. If your use of the site or the content results in the need for servicing or replacement equipment or data, company is not responsible for those costs.

The site is not responsible, liable, and makes no warranty regarding any purchases, transactions, services or other dealings you have with any of the models, photographers, or other parties on the site. The site is not responsible for any use of confidential or private information by sellers or third parties.
 

REFUNDS, TRANSFERS, OR DISCOUNTS
The Site does not give refunds of any kind. If your username has been given out to other users your membership will be closed down immediately without a refund of any kind. The Site does not offer discounts if you join more than one model's site at a time. Each model has her own site that is separate from the others each with their own billing. Even though they are on the same one domain name they are considered separate individual websites. In addition if you are not satisfied for any reason your membership is non-transferable to any other model's site. The site offers a 7 day trial on all sites in addition to a sample thumbnail of every gallery on the model's site which both give you the opportunity to see if the site is one you wish to join for a longer period.
 

LINKS TO OTHER WEB SITES
The Site contains links to third party Web sites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you and not as an endorsement by the Company of the contents on such third-party Web sites. The Company is not responsible for the content of linked third-party sites and does not make any representations regarding the content or accuracy of materials on such third party Web sites. If you decide to access linked third-party Web sites, you do so at your own risk.
 

USER INFORMATION
The Site's use of information that the Site collects about you, including (but not necessarily limited to) information that you provide, is governed by the Site's Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by this reference as though set forth in full herein.
